Removable Jumper for Ignition Board

Removing the jumper (as shown below) changes the three try sequence of the UIB board to be more appropriate for refrigerators (and water heaters), as opposed to furnaces. Normally the burner will light the first time. However, the three try feature helps when the burner doesn't light the first time, such as when air is in the line. The gas valve is also closed during the delay period.
