If you suspect your main (lower) circuit board is bad on the models listed below, you can send it to us for testing along with a check for $10.00, or a credit card number, to cover shipment (ground) and handling on the return of the board to you. (Shipping offer to contiguous U.S. states only) If you want 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, or live in Alaska or Hawaii, contact us with your zip code and method of shipment at order@rvmobile.com for the correct amount to include. Ship the board prepaid, along with a note about the symptoms associated with the board, to:

Include all pertinent information necessary for us to return the board to you and to contact you, including E-mail address.
We will test the board and return ship it within three working days, unless there are mitigating circumstances, such as not being able to contact you.
Note: if the board has a burn mark or is corroded, it doesn't need testing; it needs to be replaced.
Yes, we will offer to sell you a circuit board if yours is bad, but it won't be a hard sell. In fact, if you have already replaced your board and suspect the old board is still good, send it in for testing.
